The Inner Sanctum of Praevus is the tenth and final map of Hub 2: Tulku of Hexen II Mission Pack: Portal of Praevus, and also the last level of the game.
After a large antechamber, which is filled with weapons, ammo and other useful items, a corridor decorated with murals of the three fallen Serpent Riders leads to the teleporter, which is the entrance to Praevus's private chamber.
Praevus rarely receives visitors, so entering that room would certainly lead to a deadly battle. And somewhere within the chamber are the hidden captured souls of the Serpent Riders - expecting their release into the void...
